This last week I was only able to get out for a few hours, found a nice spot here in Brevard County, Florida. The area is just covered with trash but managed to pull out some stuffs.
The big casings are RA 18, 1918, last year of WWI, probably packed by female, kinda cool. The 1969 Mattell Hot Wheels mold is a nice find. Not sure about the tag or stamped cowboy. The cowboy reminded me of The Lone Ranger, but I cannot find info/pic of the cowboy or the PENN'A tag.

I will need ta go through my scrap for the hunt as the slag hunks weight over 15 lbs. alone, not sure which recycle bucket they go in yet. Wink

I really Like this little guy but for the life of me cannot find what it came from.

Planning on being back in the area to detect for a few hours tomorrow.

Wow, that sure was a productive few hours! LOVE that tag next to the key!!! Any idea what it's from? Could be an old hunting license or something similar. The horse appears to be lead or pewter. It might've been a child's toy way back when. Are there any hooks or pieces on the back that looks like it might've assembled to something? If not, I'd say a lead toy, as they were quite common years ago. Super hunt Yes

300 yards from here is where the Union Cypress Railroad came through. The old city of Hopkins Florida is where the Mill was and the start of the Union Cypress Railroad. It continued across the saint johns river up to Deer Park where the Cypress was logged from. Used to charge one US dollar to haul cars along the route.

Some quick research brought me to here

nice old register, and clearly shows "PENN'A Co."

Off to the dayjob I go...
Peace out.
