Out detecting a nice farm field.
I got into the old home site iron and started seeing stuff on the surface.

Then I started REALLY paying attention to the ground with my eyes instead of my detector.

Awesome!!!!! I've never found one, and probably never will. Not common here in NJ. You're holding something in your hands that someone fashioned ages ago for their protection & survival. Doesn't get any better than that!

Man Aluminum, you hit it. My brother, who is a newbie to detecting, and lives down there in farmland, has been actively looking for those with his kids for something to do, and he's found them. I never have. He's got a whole collection. Your right, when in those fields like that, you have to have three eyes and the mindset to "search". Nice find!!!Yes

Awesome find. I am from and live in Oklahoma and have found a few arrow heads in plowed fields and along where creeks run or two meet. Great camping places for Native Americans. I have started a collection of flint chips I pick up just to place in a jar. It is awesome to hold an object that someone touched hundreds and sometimes a thousand years ago...

I have been wanting to ask permission to hunt on some old farm land.  One of these days...  Nice video.   HH

Enjoyed your video, and your finds - especially the arrowhead. Thanks for sharing.
