Boy Scout Button?
Quote this message in a reply
I was hunting with Joe NJNYDIGGER a couple of days ago at a new to me park. While he was digging silver, I managed to find this item. It says K.P.S., 1916 and what looks like AA. It has a round button like attachment on the back. Probably for putting through a button hole. Any ideas? Gerry

Don't know what your relic is, looks like a personal item and is very cool. I'll take something like that over a coin any day.  Congrats!

Man, that's a tough one.  I have know idea. I did search a little bit but, as you know, nothing comes up.  It's very cool though!

If that says NPS it could be a National Park Service Pin.  They use the arrowhead as part of their logo and were formed in 1916

Maybe the National Park Service Employee and alumni association.
