Decent day of detecting! Coins/relics

Hey all, I got out on Saturday for a good 6 hours in a farm field still with the corn stalks...was rough. I estimated it was probably 2 hours worth of detecting since my swing was limited to about 33%. Still a decent day but I didn't get a musketball like I hoped for. But it was only my first time on this new permission so I can't wait for when it's clear.
1500 British soldiers camped on that side of the creek for some time during a minor battle during the rev war.
Anyway, I made out with a concaved button that I can make out rich. First variety I've found like that. Another complete blowhole! A piece of a colonial crotal bell with a design. A 1865-1871 saw screw thingy that held the saw to the wood handle from Philadelphia. My first buffalo from 1920 and a 1908 barber dime. And a unknown what I believe to be a piece of a small oil lantern?

And that's about it! Tons of cans and other trash. Will find out Tuesday for a amazing permission with multiple different fields. But one in particular is very very very old. Spanish cob and other early 1600s old. Can't wait. Hope it's a yes! Will inform and let you all know and hope to have some good stuff to show

Good luck and happy hunting

Hi Zach. You're being modest when you describe your hunt as "decent". Anytime you find a coin, silver at that, over 100 years old , it's a great day.  Keep clearing out the junk at that site and I'm sure you'll find more good stuff. And I hope the possible permission works out. Sounds like a choice spot.

Nice finds Zach! Congrats on your first buff and that silver dime. That is a crotal bell piece, and the nut from the saw is H Disston & Sons. Probably from a carpenters saw. I'd be on that place like white on rice when he tills it.

Thanks everyone!
Shade, my man! Firstly, I Hope all is well. I say decent because of my more so recent finds were great! I was also expecting a little bit more out of a field with rev war activity. But I'm happy with what I got, it was a good day!
I can't wait for it to be cleared out and I'll be stopping over for the yes or no in about two hours. Little scared!

Thanks Ed for clarifying some stuff. I'm gonna be all over it, believe me!
Thanks again and happy hunting all

Congratulations on the nice old finds! Wow, 1500 -1600 that is awesome to being able to recover items in that time period. Regardless what it is, any relic would be valuable to me. Lol
