Hit the woods near the house today for an hour. Found lots of junk, numerous iron farm things, several modern bullets, a horse shoe, and 2 complete plow points. Also this strange tool or plow tip? and a headstamp, toasted but interesting because of age. UMC Co New Club no. 12 (star pattern) 1894-1911 according to catalogs. Not much to look at but fun to dig. So nice to get out again.

Glad to see you getting out man. hopefully it starts getting warmer more frequently. and I also can't wait for daylights saving time. More time to detect!!! Pretty cool iron unknown. Regardless like you said, at least you're able to get out now.
