Foggy rainy kinda day here in Massachusetts but in the low 50s. So i grabbed my backup detector the bounty hunter discovery 3300 and hit old farm fields in the woods again,, i use to love this machine but now useing the T2 the 3300is no match, Bye the way Joe great headphones in the forum storeYes. So needless to say all i found eas a tree blowing bubbles my very first ever in all my years a deer antler,, few other great views while in the woods. Best thing of all is the peace of mind detecting.                        Thanks for looking abd happy hunting ladies and gents

Very cool! (Both the antler and the tree) Here is an article that can explain the phenomena of trees bubbling

That's a first! Put a piece of gum on the tree, and let's see if it blows a bubble Tongue Snow doesn't look too deep there, maybe an inch or so, eh? Easily detectable Yes It was about 60 here today, and would've gotten out, but heavy rain killed that idea. Temps are going to plummet this week, also, so, not sure when I'll be able to get out next. I used to use the BH phones, they're sweet.

I see those bubbles all the time too in the rain, but lower on the tree. Now I know. Nice shed! They are tough to find. As many decades as I've been in the woods, hunting and then detecting I've only found one nice one myself. The weather here has turned quickly with some minor snow but very low temps. 0 wind chill for tomorrow morning and it's headed your way. Glad you could get out. Stay warm and think Spring!!!!
