Found this yesterday. It was all bend up, got it as flat has I could. Picture of bridge in center some of the words are Spokanes ------ ----- Bridge

After looking on the internet I believe it is the Monroe St. Bridge that open Nov. 23, 1911 . Link http://bridgehunter.com/wa/spokane/monroe-street/
