thank you Ohio.I think my specimen was a one off ...after 50 hours of sluicing I was lucky I sore it
I started detecting because I was very sick..doctor said I wouldn't make it threw the winter with my gold fever lol I can only get to the goldfields once or twice a year so I detect until then. worst part is I now have silver fever aswell
Sounds like you got a good woman. Hard to find the other type of gold diggers lol
Keep digging you never know what's at the bottom.

Nice looking gold you have there.  I have played around with some sluicing here in NC.  I wished I would see that in my pan.  I have only seen fine flour.  One day though.
