The CTX is better balanced than your SE and it easier to swing. I have used the Explorer Series since 99 so I know the weight and balance issues of the Explorers.  

If you did not know the weight difference between the SE and the CTX, you would swear that the CTX is 2 pounds lighter.

You keep talking like that Ron and I may end up getting one over the winter. I wouldn't get one at the price they're asking unless I could put my hands on it and trial it out first.
