Digging at my !800s train station spot i keep coming across these things. I dig alot of lead bag seals in the same area so i guess they might be something like that but they cant be. The one on the left is unpressed but the other three are and have numbers in the 200s on them. The one second from the left is pressed around some sort of small flat piece of iron. Any ideas??

as a seal or tag ...
I definitely see a couple of lead seals there, the bottom one looks like a bottle topper. Nice finds!
a cople do look like seals. The numbers could indicate baggage class or or train that the baggage is being transported on.
