I can kinda see that, but, a bit too small for a yo-yo, IMO. Looks more for something industrial maybe. Or, it's that chinaman's wok!

Me too as far as clueless. An old phone mike or earpiece part? A plunger for a sprayer? A thing with 3 holes in it called a Yo?
