I agree 100%. Take the kids to a professional football or baseball game sometime. And get ready to spend $300 to $500 bucks for the privilege of that experience. And because the dollar is starting to lose its' world money mark, as a premier traded petro dollar, it's value becomes less and less as the days go by. When it was removed from the Gold standard by Nixon in the early 70's, it became fiat currency, and as Joe said, that's based on the faith and confidence in the Federal Government. Lately there ain't too much of that, not just here, but worldwide.
I probably won't live to see what will happen when the country we live in becomes a third world nation, but take my word for it, we are on the train. Hold your silver close, and your gold closer, you just may need to eat someday.
