http://www.atochatreasurecoins.com/image...0cross.jpg
pulled the 5 reals out of a 3 foot circle ,
also pulled up the guts to an old clock i will try to get some info off that later.
a few more small lead bullets, one round ball, few other bullets and casings, a small lid to something . an unfired shotgun shell , two nice bottles.
and someone littered up my site with a memorial cent. not sure of the date.

thanks for peeking.
im gonna go sit down and stare at these coins. im still in disbelief...

just wanted to post a better ID for the coins ... it is a :

Mexico city 1572 mint reale
Asseyer mark = O ... mexico city mint
Florenzada cross shield type design ...

http://www.atochatreasurecoins.com/atochacoindesign.htm
image link below ...
http://www.atochatreasurecoins.com/image...0cross.jpg

the Mexico city made reales with the Florenzada cross with the spheres on the ends where only produced in Mexico city, the asseyer mark of the large O on the left of the shield in coin #2 in photos as well as the Florenzada cross provides proper ID of the Mexico city 1572 real.
ID is also possible by the DE at the base of the shield in coin #1 in photos.
the DE represents the words : DEI GRATIA ( grace of god ) which are only found on the mexico City struck coins ...

further ID found here ...
