I haven't been on here lately as i aint been out much and i won;t be out for another twelve weeks as on Thursday i'm having a knee replacement so i'll speak to you then.

Good luck A co-worked had his hip replaced last year, and he was back on his feet in no time. Get on your feet fast, so we can see those prehistoric finds!

Good luck Steve!! Ouch. Have a couple of soccer players who are part time with knee problems. Know where you're coming from. Walking around swinging is good post op therapy!!
