Very Cool looking find ...
Did a google search for EFCC the two that came up neither made any connection that I could make.
nothing on back. Maybe from a local golf club here in northern nj, Essex fells county club, still looking.
Man, that is ODD. I couldn't find anything either. All references to EFCC were some Nigerian outfit. Maybe it's foreign? I tried a goat search, and I also tried a deer, in case we are off, still, nothing. A head scratcher, for sure.

After further searching, I would say it's almost certainly from the Essex Fells Country Club, Bob. Probably an early token from the pro shop or concessions stand.
Joe
Yep. I agree with the country club. Why the goat you ask? He was the lawn mower.
Possible tie in with the Goat Medal. Essex Fells may have had a similar event or program.
. (Medal - West Chester Golf and Country Club) West Chester Golf and Country Club Goat Medal.
Round goat medal. 1½” diameter. On one side is “West Chester Golf and Country Club,” surrounding the image of a goat. On verso is the engraved name Dr. H. Pleasants. West Chester, PA: c.1950s
The origins of the goat medal lie in an annual tournament that began at the Nassau Country Club in NY, in which a member struck silver medals with an image of a goat. The winner of each challenge would receive the losing player’s goat medal, “get one’s goat.”
That sound like it would be it Ron . Thanks
