One of the battery cover clips broke on our Amigo 2. I emailed Tesoro about it and got a reply the same day. I was asked to reply with my address and the serial number. I did and a couple days later I got a phone call and they said they would send me new clips. No hassle and no charge. That's great service. I got the clips in the mail yesterday with hand drawn instructions showing how to install them.
