Good video. I use that same method but I also use http://www.historicmapworks.com/ and look up all the oldest maps to see how long the property was there. I have a handheld Magellan and can do the coordinate entry as well but have never done it yet so I am going to try that. Thanks for the tutorial.

I didn't want to get too complicated in showing overlays. That is where it gets really fun.  Maybe that will be a future video?  I really hope to get back hunting but the high today was like 7 or 9 degrees!
I just follow Ed to his hunting spots, wait in my car until he's done, and then go in to clear out all the memorials he left behind!!! Lol Bandit

That is a great plan.  You should make a video on that!  LOL.
I sure like Google Earth, I've found many cars that way.
