so i thought i'd kick off!

what sort of things have you found that you weren't sure about?

when i was a kid i used to do lots of metal detecting with my dad, never really found anything that i couldn't figure out what it was though. most of the time it was just junk lol

I'm new to metal detecting so I'll probably be posting up loads of questions in this forum with stuff soon hehe!

I think an FAQ would be great for this section. Some of the newbies could contribute questions and the older guys could answer them and compile them into a master thread
