I found this out at the park yesterday. I think its a military riveted button. But I don't know what it is military something else. I can not find anything about it through research. Anybody have any ideas, would be much appreciated. Thx.

I do not know what it is, but my first inclination is that it is a play on the Great Seal Button (1902 - ) and probably used on civilian clothing like overalls. The three stars is what leads me to believe it is a civilian knockoff. The real great seal has 13 stars in a circle above the eagle.

Was thinking the same Ron but mostly because almost all the eagle legs I've seen on buttons aren't totally sideways (like doing the splits)
Tried looking online with no luck for similar.
