Off topic for sure, but crap like this really steams me. People are out there breaking their backs to care for their families, keep the lights on, put food on the table...just to survive, and this fine citizen - who's been incarcerated for 39 of his 50 years on earth - receives an almost million dollar windfall, for, well, having a stiffy. Reward the skells, but keep the working man down! Brilliant

About 15 years ago, someone said to me; "The way this country is going, you're either gonna have to be really poor, or really rich, to survive. The poor get taken care of, the rich can take care of themselves, and the middle class take it up the crapper!" Talk about an accurate prophecy.
