BLOOMFIELD -- Til gardening do us part.
A New Jersey man has found a prized possession he thought he lost long ago - his wedding ring.
According to a Good Morning America report, Bloomfield resident Maan Moughawech lost his ring while doing home renovations shortly after moving into his home in 2000. While recently planting bamboo in his backyard, he happened upon the 22-karat gold ring.
When he saw something shiny in the dirt, "I kneeled down to inspect it, and I instantly knew that it was my lost ring," he told ABC News.
Though he had a replacement ring, Moughawech told ABC that it never felt quite right to him or his wife. The original ring, he said, is now back on his finger.
"I cleaned it off and wore it back where it belongs, 15 years later," he said.
That's a good story. Never know what you'll find gardening.
WOW...that's pretty awesome.
Too bad he waited - he should have called one of us.....
