It is a figurine,it seems to be brass. It's holding fish and seems to have a robe on the left side.....
Probably a religious figurine. I remember a story of Jesus feeding a village with a few fish.
I thought that too, but it has a feather lime design on the robe and rolled up pants, don't see to many religious figures running around in button flies....lol
