Oct 18th I went curb strip hunting with my buddy Luke. I scored 2 Mercs there and 19 wheat cents. First Merc was a 1941 and the second was a 1920. I think 1910 was the oldest. Today Oct 24th I knocked on 2 doors here in my town. I got a yes at each and scored a total of 12 Wheat cents 1 1946 Rabies tag and a Merc at each. The first was a 1917 and the second was a 1936. These make 75 silver coins FTY.

Seeing silver on my screen gets my blood racing. Nice mercs, and that's a very good total for the year, you should be very proud

What is your success rate when door-knocking? 1 out of 3? 1 out of 5? Are these cold knocks, where you don't know the person from adam, or warmer knocks, where they are neighbors, friends of friends, etc.?
