Hey guys. I got for two hours...yes you read that right, TWO HOURS!  Compared to my little half hour hunts, this was a marathon!   Right off the hop, in a cut,  I got a holed Indian. Huge hole!  It's a 1907. Then the 1958 silver quarter, tons of 40's and 50's pennies, a 1934 wheatie, then the gold ring. It's a nice one with a date inscribed in it "1/27/68"  10k. On the way back to the car as my battery was just about flat,  I got a signal in the same cut as the Indian. Wouldn't ya know it...musketball!   It's was a good day. Cheers.

WTG on the finds especially the gold ring!! That date is probably the wedding day! Glad to see you could get out for a Marathon hunt!! Yes

Ed/ODF
Thanks dude. I don't get out much, so it's a real treat when I do. The date is in fact the wedding date, and the initials are inscribed on the band as well. I've been trying to track down the owner, but it's dead end after dead end.
Freakin wow gold baby congrats on them finds
Thanks Scott!
Gooooooooooold! With a date, too! Sweet score Yes

Seeing all those cool finds from the beach makes me wanna head out to the beach for my first beach hunt. Very nice, once again.

Hh
My heart is with the colonial stuff, but it's a nice change in scenery to hit the beach once in a while. I don't do it often. Managed 4 gold rings and 3 silver rings in the past year, so can't complain really. The wife claims most of them lol
