There's a few of us here that know a lot about a lot but not everything about everything if you know what I mean - so - glad to see you join the team!
I, too, agree. Individually, everyone has a particular area of strength, or niche of expertise. It could be operational, technical, research, identification, etc. But it's only when all of that powerful knowledge is assembled, and, more importantly, shared, that the true value of communities such as our's becomes indispensable
