Back to the silver mine today but got another late start because it was raining steady until around 1:30pm and I really wasn't in the mood to get soaked like I did yesterday.
Been doing grids there in specific areas and the first Merc popped up in the first 30 minutes of my second grid pass. Funny story too. I cut the plug and when I went to pry it out it popped on me because the clay wasn't all that wet, and the Merc popped out with it and landed on the grass next to the plug. First time that's happened to me. Second merc was in soil that was much damper and I found it within another cut on the side of the hole. Didn't put the coil to the grass until around 3 pm and hit the road around 5 pm so a Merc an hour is pretty good!
