My name is Tim and I just joined this site. I was in this hobby many years ago, and am now getting back into it. I'm the "pop" to my triplet grandsons and look forward to hunting with them in the very near future. Santa brought them each their first detector(very small, no name, for toddlers) and they get overwhelmed when they come across a "planted" coin. I live in a small town in PA. I'm excited to see what this, as well as other online sites, have to offer. The reading material is incredible. I'm hoping to learn more of the hobby from the posts by the folks in the know.
