Can anyone tell me how they like the above mention 2box detectors? Only if you own or have used it.

There both good units. As I recall the TF900 has a cave mode that the 808 lacks, But the older 800 Whites has the cave mode. The thing is they are pricy. I presently use a Hays 2 Box that I picked up used for about $225. It has gone down 6' for caches with no problems on the low setting. It also can check out to the side, like in a stone wall while you walk beside it and has found caches that way out to 6+'.  For a very large cache like the gold cache you are looking for, it will probably go 12'.
