Hey Yall,
 
 Last weekend I got out with Deathray and his son to do some gold panning (my first ever), did a little camping then next day a crazy steep hike to a beautiful area to relic hunt.

It was a minefield of rusted tin, and nails - but I had a blast!
Really beautiful area. Wanted to post a few pics from the hike as well as the heaviest thing I've ever dug while detecting..heh.

I slept like a log that night though!

Wow!  Very cool hike especially that the area is so rich with history!
