I just found this little guy.  Not sure if it's lead.  It's pretty heavy.  It was buried in the ground and he's no rust or corrosion.  Most of the paint is still intact.  It hit like nickel on the T2.  What do you guys think?  Is it lead or something similar toys may have been made of?
It's a BARCLAY PODFOOT LEAD SOLDIER . Great find.
very cool, bet that was a fun little find.
I used to see toys like that back in the early - mid 70`s.
then they kinda faded out. likely from just before that period.
any date or marks on the bottom .

awesome find! I found one of those Barclay toy soldiers myself a while back. The one I found the guy was holding a bazooka, lol
Will, that's an awesome find!!! Here's a link to some interesting info about the manufacturer. Bulletbob gets the credit on solving the riddle Yes

Wow that was fast.  Thanks for that ID Bob.  Cool link Joe.  So I'm guessing this one is from between 1951 and 1964 if I read that right.
That was fast! That's one of the nicest toys I've seen dug. I like that one, I'd hold onto it.
Yep.  I'm keeping this one.  Thanks PA
Nice flame thrower dude/soldier!
