Here's a few large cents, dated 1827 , 2@1837. The 1827 came out from a field directly across the field I found the hospital tag. One of the 1837 LC was dug in Chesterfield Co. Va. Can't recall where I found the other on. The 1864 2 cent piece I dug at a Union hospital spot in Varina. The flying eagle cent dated 1858, I dug in Hanover Co. Thanks again for looking. More stuff to come.   Robert

Congrats on the large cents, 2 cent and flying eagle! I have never found any of those. I know if I do find one, it will be a day to remember. I'm going to soak up the moment for sure. Hahaha
Great finds Congrats!
Congrats on the sweet finds. That's a great day for sure! I'm still looking for my flying eagle but it's only my first season detecting... So I can wait!
Best of luck out there and happy hunting!
