Got out with Fluke & AJ this morning at 7. We tried an old park we've never hunted before, but, it was LOADED with surface trash! Ground was still dry too, as a big storm we were expecting veered off course. So, we hit a second spot by my job. Looks quite dated, and would've swore there were oldies there, however, 7 or 8" of fill dirt never helps.
We decided to go back to our failsafe silver park, yet again. This place is amazing. It just keeps giving & giving. Got about 10 wheats, a 1916 barber quarter, a 1908 barber dime, and two mercs - a 23 & 40. Brings my silver count to 64 so far for 2013. Also got a small lock (but no keyhole, weird) & an old ring.

We'll be back out there tomorrow. Now off to eat...I'm starving!!!
