What a crock! That's what happens when you get the government involved. If it was me I would have called the State Police and waited for the battle of whose land was it in the first place. "Yes, officer, I think some Federal people are digging up something in a State Forest. You may want to come and check it out." . And to think after all that work and study. Thanks for the heads up Shade! Now we know what NOT to do.
