Until that last scene I was convinced it was CGI!  That blew my mind!

Cool house...here in Kalifornia the it probably wouldnt pass code and the fees would be more than $11k.
I have a carpenter friend named Curtis who is like that...he used old rusty corregated roofing ror his ceiling,mixed in barnwood,sawyered huge log for mantle,etc. Course,this is same dude that has his bed outside,along with his shower,lol.
