I was hunting with Joe NJNYDIGGER a couple of days ago at a new to me park. While he was digging silver, I managed to find this item. It says K.P.S., 1916 and what looks like AA. It has a round button like attachment on the back. Probably for putting through a button hole. Any ideas? Gerry

If that says NPS it could be a National Park Service Pin. They use the arrowhead as part of their logo and were formed in 1916
Maybe the National Park Service Employee and alumni association.
