First hunt this year at the old Army Camp.  Slow going for the most part.  I found a nice little area that was full of square nails and old ration cans, started getting some great targets there.  The best find of the day was an 1852 or 1853 Silver 3 cent piece.  First for me.  I also found a couple of buttons, percussion cap and a couple a fired Sharps bullets.  Great day!
Oh boy, you're killing me, SLC...a trime is one I can't seem to scratch off my wish list!!! They're not easy to find due to the size. Most register lower on the VDI scale. Nice assortment of goodies Yes
